Terms of Service

These terms apply to services provided by Know Pain Physio PT PLLC (“Know Pain Physio,” “I,” “me”) through knowpainphysio.com and virtual sessions.

1. Services. Know Pain Physio provides physical therapy services via secure video to clients physically located in New York State, delivered by a New York State–licensed physical therapist. Blog posts and other website content are educational only and are not medical advice for your specific situation.
2. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and located in New York State during each session. I may decline or end services when virtual care isn’t appropriate for your condition and will recommend other care when needed.
3. Your responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate health information, follow safety guidance, stop any exercise that causes concerning symptoms, and contact your physician or emergency services when appropriate.
4. Not emergency care. Services are not for emergencies. Call 911 in an emergency.
5. Payment. Fees are listed on the Services & Pricing page and are due at the time of booking or at the start of each monthly plan. The refund, cancellation and insurance terms on the Policies page are part of these terms.
6. Recording. Sessions may be recorded only with your written consent, as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Know Pain Physio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.
8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
9. Changes. I may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
